Add lukewarm milk & a tsp of sugar & stir to dissolve. Then add the yeast and set it for 10 mins until it becomes frothy.
In a bowl add the flour & salt🧂.
In another bowl add the remaining sugar, butter & eggs 🥚🥚 and whisk them together.
Pour in the yeast mixture & add all the dry ingredients. Knead until it forms a shaggy dough.
Knead the dough well until it becomes stretchy & elastic. Add little flour if needed & knead for about 5 mins.
Place the dough in an oil greased bowl & cover with kitchen towel & wait for 1hr 🕝until it doubles in size.
*NOTE*
Place the bowl in a warm place 🌞 in the Kitchen.
Roll the dough to a thickness of 1/2 inch. Punch the dough using a donut cutter.
Cover the donuts🍩 using a towel for about 30-40 mins & let it rise again.
Heat the pan & add oil for frying. Add the donuts one by one.

Preheat the oven at 175 degree celcious (350 degree Fahrenheit) & bake the donuts.
